Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in are free. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are subject to a one-night charge. Your booking’s exact free cancellation window is confirmed on your booking confirmation and review pages at the time of booking.

Visit Manage Your Booking and enter your booking reference along with the email you used to book. Confirmed bookings can be cancelled online any time before your stay begins — no need to call, though our reservation desk is always available at +91 9124570583 if you’d prefer.

Guest details and room count can also be updated from Manage Your Booking, subject to availability for the new room count. Check-in/check-out dates currently can’t be changed online — please contact the reservation desk directly for a date change.

Any refund due for an eligible free cancellation is processed back to your original payment method by our reservation desk.
