Search your dates on our Book Your Stay page, choose a room, and complete payment securely online. You’ll receive a booking confirmation with a reference number by email immediately after payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, accepting all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. KP Palace never sees or stores your card details.

All prices shown include GST, charged at a flat 5% on the total room and any extra-guest charges — there are no hidden fees added at checkout.

Each room accommodates 2 adults and 1 child as standard, at no extra charge. One additional adult (₹1,000 per night) or one additional child (₹500 per night) can be added to a room, as long as it isn’t already at full standard occupancy — a room already holding 2 adults and 1 child requires an additional room instead, at no extra per-guest charge.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 6 stay free when using existing bedding.

An extra bed is available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Visit Manage Your Booking and enter your booking reference along with the email you used to book. From there you can update your details, adjust your room count, or cancel — no need to call unless you’d prefer to. See our Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling or changing dates.
